Personal Injury – Defence cases, accidents at work (PI and/or EC), traffic accidents – Plaintiff / Defendant, joint expert report, mediation, taxation proceedings; applying costs for restoration of company for assessment of damages; enforcement proceedings for EC fund board cases, including winding-up; fatal case; discovery; transfer to HC, contesting specific discovery, security for costs, High Court cease to act application as an advocate before a judge

Matrimonial - attending first appointment hearings, Case Management hearings, children appointment hearings, FDR, CDR, PTR, drafting written arguments for PTR, intervener proceedings, defending appeal on costs on AR as advocate, application for costs order in related action, trial, FCMP proceedings. Arguing for varying maintenance order.

Land - adverse possession / LDPD case on rental (defendant) / DMC and BMO

Commercial / Conveyancing - Giving advice on DMC, large-scale project, revising Non-disclosure agreement, revising terms and conditions for service, company secretary matters, revising cooperation agreement, revising profit sharing agreement, board minutes
